Today, we'd like to share out some information on how you can begin feeling like the best version of yourself this winter. Multiple studies show that the average American gains anywhere from one to eight pounds throughout the course of the holiday season. For many of us, the pies, mashed potatoes, and decorated cookies are just too good to pass up.

And we shouldn't pass them up. Some of these holiday traditions should be enjoyed and celebrated. So, how can you enjoy these things while not overindulging? The key is to enjoy these things in moderation.
